3. Accounts and API Keys

We are not responsible for any costs or liabilities arising from unauthorized use of your accounts or API keys.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described above. Open source components included in our products are governed by their respective licenses.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, input, or generate using our Services. We do not claim ownership of your content. Where our products process your content locally on your device, that content remains entirely under your control.
6. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including AI model providers, hosting platforms, and APIs. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiruna, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, regardless of the theory of liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiruna, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
